I don't know enough about this but maybe it would be interesting to look at after work.

It is SFW, but looks like it is about an hour.

Looks a little hokey, but I think the use of pressure points is good.

Oops... sorry I didn't include the link

**EDIT**
Again, I just want to reiterate, some of it is a bit hokey, but some fo the pressure point and weak points are quite useful.

You are not going to level up in linking skillz anytime soon :p

BTW, a firm punch to the nose or temple is a good pressure point.

Yeah, I was going to suggest "fist to nose" as a good start. Unless you're skilled enough to be able to hit with enough force and in the correct location, don't bother with pressure point attacks.

There is only one that I have ever used and it is pretty easy to do. Put your hand on someones shoulder and jam your thumb into their armpit as hard as possible and keep pressure on that spot. Try it out on yourself to see how it works.

Swift kick to the nads is usually a good place to start.

The indentation where your collarbones meet is a good one, and solar plexus at the base of the sternum.

Best point to put pressure on is the trigger. :)

No more problems, yeah? :p

Yup. Remember kids, it's not the number of shots you put out that matters, it's the number of shots you put in. :)

Grab hold of head and put thumbs in eye sockets.

Or punch right on the wind pipe, then do the eye sockets.

Actually its not.

throat, nose, solarplexis (sp?) are good. Eyes as well but are more serious attack.

There's a soft spot right behind the lower part of the ears. I like to (when fighting) punch them in the face with my left, pretend to try and punch them in the face with the right, stop at the last second and put a lot of pressure on that point.

It usually pains them a lot, and it keeps them immobilized (from pain ;)) for a good 10 to 15 seconds. :)

Ummm, okay...

Two punches to the face will usually take a person out.

Not the people I fight ;) (and it's only one punch, the other one is feigned ;)).

Are the people you fight trained? Because there are so many different places you can hit a person in the head that will knock them to the ground it is scary. Unless a person knows how to take a punch to the face, most people will fall down.

These are things that, if you don't practice them regularly, will be completely useless to you in the real world. You're better off getting a gun or a baseball bat than trying to learn about pressure points, unless you're willing to spend the time to become a kung-fu expert, or someone that really knows what he's doing with pressure points. Otherwise, you'll just screw up if you try to go for them in an actual fight.

I think this is true. Up until recently when I moved out of state I was studying jujutsu for many years. One of the things we we studied was how to punch somebody just right in the temple area of the head. I think that would drop the average person pretty darn quick - and if not that is where the rest of the jujutsu comes in. There are a few other techniques, but I don't think it's best to mention it publicly and then have some arm-chair expert go and try them on their friend. But, suffice to say there are quite a few ways to drop somebody relatively easy if they have no clue how to defend themselves at all.

There are a few pressure points which are relatively easy to use.

Even some in the arms with a little twist can cause immense sudden pain (most people will be stunned for a second). Solar Plexus, sternum, the temple, neck ara are pretty easy ones that will drop a person right quick, and you don't need that much practice.

Pick up a couple copies of Jin Yong's novels, study the jiuyinzhenjing(sp?), and become master of the martial world!

I'm going to say that if you have time to use pressure points in a fight...its not a real fight.
