Oh so now McCain wants to "adjust spending around" - didn't he just propose across the board spending freeze?

I thought he was just throwing it out there as one possible idea. could be wrong.

I could listen to McCain talk spending cuts all night. We need him as president to get washington under control.

seriously I would vote for McCain if not for Sarah Palin. It makes me sad but I cannot vote for him with her on the ticket.

McCain is doing very well tonight.

Which debate are you watching?

Edit: also, have you not seen Palin interviewed lately?

Umm yeah I saw it what is your point?

I'm apathetic/independent who have Liberal leanings and even I agree McCain is dominating. He's in control, Barack is on defensive.

I'm surprised.

You are insane. Seriously. We need a lie counter. McCain in the last round lied at least 10 times about his support of Bush policies.

It's quite amazing how liberally biased the scoring on CNN is. McCain got a -1 from Castellanos while shaking Obama's hand.

Is this on CNN TV or website? They have live scoring? That's so stupid as it's prone to network's bias and just continuing skew the debate as it unfolds before your eyes.

it's on CNN-HD.

thinking about switching over to Fox HD

MSNBC is the only one I don't have on HD. Been watchign ABC myself, it's a pretty much blank shot with just the guys speaking, minimal graphics.

McCain is doing much better than I expected. Obama did horrible on the spending questions. Spend 700 trillion - but what's important is all day kindergartern?

Damn I don't like either of these fools, but Round 1 goes to McCain, it wasn't even close. Damn............... Look Tim, I mean Jim, well John.... holy shit

Mccain answers with how he found thigns going poorly when he started visiting Iraq as things starting going badly and how he tried to change thigns.

BHO starts his response talking about I voting against irag but lets talk about afghan.

Youre comfortable with her as VP? Despite the fact that MANY repugs are saying she should remove herself from the race. If so, explain to me why she is such a "great" VP. And then, explain how McCain is going bring us out the shit we are in from the last 8 years. I have done plenty of independent examination and i cant find any positive about these two. Unless you are in the top 1% of earners. Im not.
