It looks like the President is set to address the nation, again, tonight, 25 JUL at 2100 EDT.

I opine this is what he will say....

There is no deal.

It is the Republican's fault......along with Bush's.

He and the Democrats have no plan.

Reid just put up a plan, Obama endorsed it. Boehner just needs to pass it in the House.

Obama will say, "See this graph?"

Any deal needs a reduction in spending and an increase in revenues.

The Republicans have passed legislation. Have the Democrats? All we have from the President and the Democrats, so far, are speeches and press conferences. Still waiting for a plan in legislative form.

So will you be standing at attention while the Commander in Chief is addressing you?

Republicans passed a legislation that was a non-starter from the beginning. Now hey are going to pass another legislation that is a non-starter.
Reid will put his proposal up to a vote in the Senate. If GOP filibusters it, well, it's on them.

Then we don't get a debt ceiling increase. Obama can cut whatever he wants. Defense contractor pay, Medicare payments to big pharma, agricultural subsidies to teabagger farmers. It's ALL up to him.

Lets start with SS payments to all constituants that live in the district of a congress man/woman that votes against raising the debt ceiling. Seems fair: Your representative voted against the nation paying its bills, you're the first to lose your check.

Hehehehe... that would be pretty funny.

You are right. I am "not well" today.

Please feel fee to add "This Fool, Bobo, the Post Turtle" on all my posts if I forget.

Thank you.

Um ... many of us have been saying that you're "not well" pretty much everyday. And we mean the kind of not well that parents tell their kids when grandpa has gone senile.

Fuck that.

I hope this Fool, Bobo, the Post Turtle, does NOT pay the active duty military.
