Ohio seems to be going Obama, but still pretty early in the reporting. If Obama gets Ohio it's over. If Romney does it's going to be interesting.

Also, a tie would be 269-269... not 270

I wouldn't be surprised if Mitt comes out and claims he won no matter what the vote is.

No, no, no . . . he'll claim he never really accepted the Republican nomination in the first place, and that, in fact, he voted for Obama! :p

Romney still ahead in national overall. I see a US supreme challenge coming to the electoral college system if Obama wins EC and Mitt the popular.

No chance. A constitutional amendment, fine. But a challenge based on a system that has been in play for this long based on that? zero chance. EC is the only thing that matters this election.

When you can't win your home state of MI or current state of MA and then insult 47% of the voters, game over.

Still can't believe Romney kept MA as his current state of residence and set-up election night here.
