How is is a company owned by Italians american?
Chrysler's current owners other than Fiat are the UAW retiree health care trust fund (59.2%), the U.S. government (8.6%) and the Canadian and Ontario governments (2.2%). The additional 5% stakes come proportionally from those three owners, according to the AP.

Must have been a good speech, judging from your desperation.
You should wait to re-transmit the message from the Faux News mother ship so as to create the appearance of making sense.
You have no idea what you're talking about, but now you've stated a fact I can check: http://content.usatoday.com/communi...n-another-5-by-feds-now-owns-30-of-chrysler/1

Fiat owns 30%.
Fiat SpA increased its ownership stake in Chrysler Group LLC to 58.5% from 53.5% on a fully diluted basis after fulfilling the last of its U.S. federally mandated requirements calling for the Italian auto maker to help Chrysler produce a car in America that gets 40 miles per gallon, Fiat and Chrysler said in statements to be issued Thursday.
Sergio Marchionne, who is chief executive of both Chrysler and Fiat, will now set his sights on acquiring the remaining 41.5% stake held by the United Auto Workers' health-care trust fund. The fund, along with the U.S. and Canadian governments, were given pieces of Chrysler during its 2009 bailout and bankruptcy.
