I'm not getting this Osama <--> Saddam link. I think he's stretching WAYYYYYYYYYYY too much and trying to play on the emotions that Americans have about 9-11

What? He never said anything like that. Seems more like a non-war speech, Just pretty much calling out the UN to step up and for Sadaam to comply.
