He's a guy whose cousin was visiting from Taiwan (or somewhere over there), and he wanted to take her to NYC. Then he started asking about romantic places in New York. Then he got really upset because she dumped him (figured out he was having naughty thoughts about her and refused to go to NYC with him). Then he ran over an old lady with his car, for which he had no insurance.
