I am running a 3.6 p4 and am seeing it heat up again.

Idle=36-40c and Load=~66c but has gone higher.

Sonata Case with a 120mm fan cut into the side. Zalman 7700cu Heatsink & AS5.

I have 1 120mm fan in the front and another in the back. The one in the front doesn't seem to be bringing in much air. The back fan is moving air out well. If I put the door on the temp goes up to 70c in about 1/2hr of gaming. Going to reapply AS5 and see what happends. Thinking of getting 2 better fans for the side and front. What CFM should I look for?

Any other ideas?

120mm 50cfm fans aren't bad, but you can go as high as 200cfm. If I were you, Id be aiming for something with about 100cfm. A high speed panaflo will do that, but it's about 40dBa. If you really want a good solution, you should get a fan controller, and high speed (high noise) fans (like the panaflo). Then you can just slow them down with the controller to help with the noise.

Prescot + Sonata is probably not a good idea. Sonata is designed to be quiet with moderate cooling. With that said though, is your proc throttling? If not, why do you care how hot it gets?
 
Throttling seems to kick in at around 72c, so as long as your staying 70c or below you should be ok. I had to go to water cooling to keep my 3.4 from throttling. I was using a thermalright XP-120 with a 72.3cfm fan, and it still was throttling.
