All these questions and more.

I've never had the stuff. I didn't even know it was out there until a little while ago. Can you get it anywhere other than California? Is it any good? How much does it cost?

Most I've seen are veggie-only maki rolls. I'd be cautious about anything containing raw fish - that's something that needs to be made and eaten fresh.

I've had some several times over the past year at my college market. It all tasted pretty decent, but not very filling for the $5 spent on it. Never got sick off of it :) I'm in Arizona btw.

Most Major Supermarkets should have prepackaged sushi nowadays. But to enjoy the true Sushi experience go to a Japanese Restaurant.

You can get it at every Super Target I've seen. Tastes fine (though certainly not as good as sushi should be), nothing to worry about.

I don't trust pre-packaged sushi.... or even pre-packaged fish for that matter. All the fish I eat I catch and cook for myself. I don't trust other people with my fish.

Heinen's grocery stores have it. Most if not all have their own "sushi chef" on staff and will make a tray to your order.

Check out your local asian stores. That's where I get my "take to work" sushi from.
Stuff is made daily, like an hour before the lunch crowd hits.
