Just put up a homepage detailing my overclocking/multiplier unlocking experiences with the AthlonXP 1800+. Was able to push it up to 1.8Ghz (so far!). Here is the link: OC-AthlonXP.com

i read your article, ive heard of people using some non conductive material to fill in the valley where the bridges are cut, and then using #2 pencil or condutive ink/etc

just an idea for you

Very cool emtp563 (although, I don't know how the Intel supporters would react to your "Trash Inside" Pentium 4 logo).

I'll give you 256MB of Crucial PC2100 RAM if you can overclock it to 2GHz. If you get to 1900 Mhz, I'll just say "good job." :)

Very nice setup you have there. Kudos for breaking 1.8GHz.

Unfortunately, most of use don't have the resources needed to setup and maintain a vaorchill system. I wonder how fast this thing will go using standard air cooling?

great read, thanks!!

But since most of us poor folk dont have a vapochill, we will probably get to 1700 max

Yesterday a guy here got 1794Mhz with regular water cooling (no TEC). So obviously the potential is there.

I'm at 1725 with a crap power supply (Enermax 301P-VB) and a Swiffy 462-A with the Delta 68.5cfm monster. I've gotten it to run higher (as high as 1840) but this supply can't hold the vCore over 2.00, and I'm sure the RAM voltage is dipping too low to keep it stable at the higher FSBs. Once I get a 465P-VE in here, it ought to be 1800+ with air. I can only imagine what some Vapochill could accomplish...
