Prefetching webpages? Proxy cache?

Some of my webpages load really slow (like.. anandtech) and I was wondering if any of you use a prefetching software or a proxy cache?

A prefetching software grabs pages before you view it and a proxy cache works by loading a webpage from its own storage (say if 100 people view andandtech a day and they all use the cache, only the first person will have to load the page from anandtech's server; everyone else can grab the page from the cache... until the page changes, making a lighter load for anandtech and faster loadtime.)

thanks!

I'm using MS Proxy 2.0 (soon to be moving to MS ISA) and the caching is awesome! I can set it up to update its cache content (automatically)so I have the most up to date web content. HOWEVER, Anandtech doesn't apply. If you don't subscribe, you'll get sloooow surfing through the forums. 🙁

Oh, and I forgot to add, the machine running Proxy 2.0 is a stand alone server and I do log into a domain at home.
