Bold statement to say Georgia after Saturday's performance. I say USC and Florida.

Georgia lost to South Carolina last year, they always play them tough.

I say USC vs Georgia/Florida (whoever wins).

UGA will have 2-3 losses before this season is over and won't even play in the SECCG

Yeah they have the toughest schedule in the nation, a tremendous advantage to a team like USC (cupcake schedule). UGA has to play #4 Florida, #6 LSU, #9 Alabama, #10 Auburn and then a SEC West team again in the SEC Championship game if they make it there. On the other hand you have USC that beat up a weak 1-2 ACC Team in Virginia, beat up an Ohio St. Team that was losing in 3 quarters to Ohio and without their best player in Wells. USC's toughest remaining game is Oregon (#17) only top 25 team they play, and Oregon is going to drop out of the top 25 with their loss to Boise St. But if you have 2 losses in the SEC there's still a good chance you can make it to the BCS Championship game, like LSU last year.

As a Florida fan I hope for UF v USC, but I have a nightmare scenario of UF beating LSU at home in close game, getting revenge on Georgia, then lose to LSU/Alabama in the SEC championship game. UF's schedule this year is the easiest it has been in years, considering they play LSU at home, don't play Auburn, and get to play Arkansas and Ole Miss, but their offensive & defensive line play have me worried.

Baring some monumental chokes at the end of the seaon like both of these teams have managed to do - I have to say USC/Oklahoma based on the domination they have had thus far.

+1

All long as it's not Auburn, Notre Dame or Tennessee (in that order), it's not really that important. 😛

Champion Big 12 team vs champion SEC team. The media might love USC but the computers won't. OSU will be the only ranked team they play this year and OSU will lose to Wisconsin and/or Penn St. USC's SoS will end up being horrible and the computers will choose the Big 12 and SEC teams. I think the media will come in line as well eventually. That said, OU vs UF.

Not if USC runs the tables #1 in the AP and coaches poll would be too much to knock them out. Every since they reduced the Strength of schedule and margin of victory this has had the opportunity of happening(cupcacke schedule wins out over difficult schedule)

The SEC winner is almost guaranteed at least 1 loss down the road. The Big 12 winner(Oklahoma or Texas) could have one as well. I really don't see a team on USC's schedule that is capable of beating a top 10 team. The only way they could lose is to pull another Stanford from last year.

What I would love to see is USC, Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, LSU, Georgia, Ohio State and Penn State with 1 loss a piece...so we could finally get in a real fucking championship game.

Im thinking its going to be USC vs Auburn...even after losing last night i think they win out..win the SEC title game..and everyone else in the SEC at least loses 1 game. And because of SOS Auburn gets in barely.

BYU vs. ECU

I believe the BCS would cancel it before they allowed that to happen.

Yea personally I always root for BCS anarchy so that we can move to a 4-8 team playoff.

If we have not gotten a playoff based on the BCS anarchy of the past it's unlikely we'll get one based on future anarchy.

Yes, do you realize how long your beard will be by the time a playoff is instituted?

I would call that sad, not a prize.

Until they adopt a playoff system it's a pathetic joke.
