I'm eating leftovers today. My lunch was some leftover sirloin roast cut into strips and fried quickly to heat up, some sauerkraut, pickles, sliced tomato, and hardboiled egg. It was quite good.

Now for dinner.

I have some garlic mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, tons of spices, and a block of cream cheese.

I mashed some of the cream cheese into the potatoes, put it in a casserole dish, topped it with some slices of cream cheese, breadcrumbs, then put some nutmeg on top. It then goes in the oven for oh... 30 minutes. How will it turn out?

Failboat or epic win? Or somewhere in between?

It's 31% MF thank you very much. That's not counting the 33% cream I used to make the mashed potatoes in the first place.

The bread crumbs make up for it though.
