The first one with Arnold wad done really well actually. I watch it when it is on tv all the time. The second predator was different and AvP was..... well..... not a fan of those two movies.

agreed. this could have been a great film but they didn't tell the story well nor showed any real purpose for some of the characters.
 
It was pretty decent. Not as good as the first Predator but I was still entertained. Alice Braga is pretty hot. I especially dig hot chics wielding large rifles 😀
 
Saw it last night. Fun popcorn flick.

Though I think the male protagonist was able to connect certain dots too fast. But I understand why the writer/director did this.
 
Saw it a few nights ago and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Nothing like the original but I think they did a pretty good job on it. Ill be buying it on Blu-Ray.

a berreta 92 is 9mm. why in the world do u need a compensator for it?
i can understand the sniper girl's .45 needng a compensator, but for a 9mm?

and interesting that the yakuza guy is using a 9mm as his main gun while the girl is using a .45 as her secondary gun.

yakuza prefers more rounds vs stopping power? (not that the .45 did much better at stopping the pred dogs than the 9mm.)

and why didnt the russian's MiniGun mow down the dogs? they musta ate a few dozen rounds each.
yet one shotgun blast stopped them cold?

Watched it - and gotta say, I'm happy 🙂 Nothing beats the original Predator, but this is a worthy sequel. All out action and the sword fight sequence is truly badass!

Pros:
Characters - really well done, Brody got ripped
Action - Mini-gun, AA12, chick with big gun, katana ... insanity!
Fights - Predator vs Predator, Predator wrist blades vs Katana

Cons:
Pacing (too much time wasted on the dogs)
Killed off Danny, Morpheus & Doggy Predator too soon!

I enjoyed it as well. I liked the story line options it opened up with the different castes of predators. This goes a long way to helping explain how they are so technologically advanced but still have a very primitive society basis of hunting for stature. While I don't think I ever want to run into the brainy/geeky predator or see it online, it would make for an interesting addition in a book.
 
Predator was amazing.

This new one, I haven't even seen it yet. Yeah. Yeah.

Adrian Brody? Did he fuck the aliens? Topher Grace?! WHAT THE FUCK?!
