Precision X server causing stability issues?

Not exactly sure how to interpret these error outputs from Windows Event Viewer, but it looks like Precision X server is causing these two games to crash. I also did not have OSD enabled in the Precision app either. Would an unstable OC cause precision X to crash a game or is it a separate issue. I ask this because every other game seems to be fine.

Hey
I too have win10, Farcry 4 and Precision X. Close Precision, period. Farcry always crashes with it, I don't know a work around other than not using it for that game.

Works fine with all my other games =)

I doubt it's the unstable OC. It's probably just incompatibility in the software. Even if you don't have OSD enabled it's still loading the dll into Farcry so there's still some interaction going on (function hooking or w/e it does).

Yea. Turning off the OSD didn't stop the errors. I ended up having to just rename server hooks so they wouldn't run. No issues since.

I get similar crashes with precision x when pushing my CPU a little too hard. 4.6 stable, 4.7 even with extra voltage and boom! Precision x server has stopped responding.
