i switch between SUPERPUMP 250, jack3d and NO Xplode every other week. i also take amino acids before and right after when i take my after gym-drink 😀
 
I take Scivation Xtend while I workout. I also take Kre-Alkalyn 1500 and Gluta-Lyn 1500 before and after I workout. Does it help for me? Yes.

Just remember they are there to supplement your workout...you'll only really get stronger/bigger the more you push yourself and proper diet.
 
I just bought some Jacked3D and I tried it this monday. i took a half scoop 30 minutes before lifting. I didnt notice ANY difference in any measurable way. I have friends that swear by it. I only took a half a scoop because I'm not really a suppliment guy and figured it might hit me hard. I get to the gym after work and I've been up for 12 hours so i was looking for a boost.

I'll try a little more tomorrow and see if theres a difference.
 
I've tried superpump250 and jack3d. The jack3d didn't really do much for me, but the SP250 def. did. I felt much stronger overall, mostly b/c I could push a bit harder. However, I have since switched to a more "natural" pre sup. Does SP250 have caffeine in it? Well, either way I started taking GNC rapid arginine 5000 before my work outs and the gnc post amino blend after, along with the amplified wheybolic. I also take 500mg of L carnitine in the morn, and 3g of L glutamine, as well. Not really wanting to try creatine b/c I don't want to hold all the water weight.
 
NO explode is awesome, as long as you don't get the jitters.

This. I use the fake stuff (basically the same) from like Body fortress or something. Schmeatin (that what my wife calls it, creatine schmeatin) BCAA and a little bit of caffeine ought to do the trick.
 
I use both Jack3D and NoExplode and both add about 50% to my lifting reps and 25%+ to the weight load. Not at the same time mind you, some days one some the other. I have them both and am using them 3 times a week.

I try jack3d and i lift 0% more it seems! hahaha taste funny, dont really feel anything do a full scoop 30 mins before work out like directions say.. not sure what im doing wrong or if i just dont notice the diff

Not everyone has the same receptors...many respond well to just the placebo effect.

I really believe in supplements, however for every one that's real you have 1000+ fakes.

well i know its not a fake, it has some serious chemicals in it as well as creatiine and other things like caffinnee maybe it does do something but i dont notice it tried scoop and a quarter today and seemed to do a little 2 days ago work out was struggle today was ez.. but might have just been because i lagged 2 days ago hahha
