The form includes a declaration that the parties are sober and will not withdraw consent: "I further declare that I am at this time not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication and agree to engage in consensual sex with _______ and to not change my mind before the sex act is over."

Edit: Says she's already had four people use it to refute charges of rape or whatever - what kind of idiot, knowing that she signed a contract agreeing to sex, would claim it was rape?!
 
Shhh... You get them to your house, and they are having double thoughts about doing that. YOu finally start kissing, and they are again having double thoughts about that. Finally you get them into bed, they are a bit hessitant, but they want ti as bad as you. THen they see the consent form, think before signing, put on their clothes and leave.

I think that is dumb... because just because a form is signed doesn't guarantee there will be no sexual assualt, STDs transmitted, etc.

I do not think there is a real legal basis as well... would a form like that really hold up in a trial for a rape charge... think about it.

Yeah true. But it would help in the sense that if there is no other evidence of rape(bruising,choking,bleeding,marks on the man) other than penetration, that the victim new she was going to have sex. Which I think would help a lot.

Thing is she doesn't have to sign it....neither does he. It's just one more idiocity in the dating world.

In sort of VIP circles chicks crying rape if you don't do this for me isn't that uncommon. The way the law works all she has to do is claim she was made drunk and taken advantage of....more often than not if the guy can spare the cash and possible charges he will.

I had a girl once fake a pregnacy to try and get me to marry her and keep her from having to move with her family. Her family was about to take legal action against me as well.

Since you guys in OT always have a subject going along these lines.

Here both the boy and the girl are underage, they locked up and charged the H.S. boy. It's not specific is he forced her or raped her etc though.

When I was 17 Jr (11th grade) in HS and my girlfriend who was a freshman (9th grade) looks like would be locked up these days. Must suck to be kids now.

Not worth the paper it is written on, IMHO. There would be MANY defenses to a contract of this sort. Utter garbage. I hope the alleged NBA team owner has hired a lawyer to look over those "forms."

Besides that, wouldn't this successful person with millions (if not billions) in net worth have a lawyer on call to draft the contract?

I also don't see she can say several people have successfully refuted claims yet. Nothing is over until settlement / judgement in a court of law or some means of alternate dispute resolution / the statute of limitations runs.

Garbage. Utter garbage.
