I've been messing around with it too. Seems to render pages very well and the "Weave" sync with your desktop is really cool. I also like the way the tabbed browsing works with the slide-out bar on the left. It is exciting to think about the possibilities with new extensions.

Of course, it's a HUGE install and it is definitely slow at times and buggy, but that's expected. For this stage of development it actually works fairly well.

Fennec could not be installed on this phone

^^^ Only works on Android 2.X. Also it won't run from an SD card (on rooted phones) so you need to have a pretty big chunk of space on the phone itself.

Nice features, but very sluggish, uninstalled it almost immediately...

Granted this is Alpha, and I'm using it on the HD2 (not a real Android phone), but so far...yea, its pretty useless.
