Pre-Paid Cell Phone Info Needed: Urgent

I need to get a temporary cell phone ASAP! (Tomorrow) Would appreciate any helpful info. My needs:
1) Few minutes. This is only for emergency use.
2) Roaming included is best.

Where to buy? What to buy?

screw virgin mobile. I "had" it until I found out what a joke it is. Every three months you need to top your account. If you don't your phone goes inactive. If you forget after the three months, you have another two months until they disconnect your account, and then you lose the money you had in the account. Get the regular Trac Fone and get the 1 year prepaid card. Probably about $125 total for everything. Then you don't have to worry for a whole year unless you use all your minutes. The 1 year card gives your 150 minutes I beleive.

Being that I only need it on a very short term basis, Virgin Mobile looks good. Can I eBay the phone itself once I'm done with it? The minutes are cheap, but the phones start at $60

edit: I just checked eBay and found used Virgins.
