I'm one of the beta user, and IMO, starcraft is still kicks it's ass.

the idea is good, but the game play sux. played with under 10 games and got bored of it.

You are not of this world my friend if you got bored of war3. I've been playing it since I got and it is like feeding crack to me, I can't get enough of it. 😛
 
yea and we know how blizzard are with their release dates...

last i heard wc3 was suppose to be 2 winters ago! 😱

Anyway, this game ins't THAT great.. it's still fun once in a while though. I mean, unlike stacraft, I don't think i could play this game 12 hours straight.

Yeah I know what you mean. WCIII is a great game in its own right, but it just doesn't hook me as much as Starcraft does. I'll buy WCIII of course but only once the price drops to say about $30. $60 is just ridculous, and $75 is even more so.
 
I think WC3 is a fun game, but right now, it doesn't compare to SC in funness. In graphics, it kicks SC's ass like crazy, but fun factor, i would have to say SC owns right now. I guess it will just take some time to love WC3, but i'm sure it won't take too long.

But the damn price of $50/$75 is redicoulous...I will wait for a better deal for the collector's edition cuz I think that one includes a Soundtrack of WC3 and I think the music is pretty tight.
