If you go to this link, you will get a list of stores currently carrying this game. The links there will automatically take you to the search results page for Enter the Matrix at each store.

FutureShop.ca (Canada only): search engine did not find the game on this site

The "Gift Pack DVD" includes a DVD with the following:

* 1 anime movie from The Animatrix
* 10-minute ?Making of the Game? video
* 1 song from the game soundtrack
* Wachowski-directed theatrical game trailer (in theatres May 1).
* Secret web site access for game tips and tricks

CompUsa's "special bonus pack" includes the above gift pack DVD as well as:

* $100 off Alienware system coupon
* 20% off Creative Labs Hardware coupon
* $3.00 off the Movie, The Matrix, coupon

It is possible the coupons are included in the other "gift packs", but they were not noted on the other websites.

I also located the game at GoGamer.com. It was $42.90 with no bonus and $5.99 shipping. I could not find any sales tax info on their site.

Actually, bestbuy.com does come with the bonus dvd as well. Free shipping but you'll get taxed.

Enter the Matrix @ bestbuy.com

I jumped on this preorder at ebgames.com on Wednesday night. They had a 10% off preorders on PC games deal going on until April 17 2pm eastern. Who knows, maybe they'll run something simliar again.. 🙂

At Buy.com, the text says:

Get $3.00 back by mail from Warner Brothers Home Entertainment when you buy The Matrix on DVD. See official offer form inside the Enter the Matrix game manual for details. Offer expires 7/29/03. Restrictions apply.

So I'm sure the $3 off The Matrix DVD you can get purchasing it anywhere.

If you want to combine this with the Logitech Cordless Elite Duo offer at Amazon, don't place your order yet. The $20 rebate associated with the Logitech CED states that your "rebate request must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date." If you buy it today, you might not have enough time to get that $20 rebate in the mail. Better to wait until early May. The $30 Amazon coupon offer is good until May 14.

Gamestop.com: Get the "Gift Pack DVD" with game order ($49.99)
- FREE shipping if you order more than $75 through 4/20/03
- Sales tax in TX and NY

This is good in-store too... I was just at one in Anaheim, CA Wed.

any reviews on the game? or too early for that?

I haven't seen any reviews, but previews and game trailers are all over the place. But still, no one saying whether the gameplay is good or not.
