Pre-modded durons?

Hmmmm... now that it's become clear that it will take some hardware modding to get the durons to overclock (making a connection is easy enough, but removing one is a little harder and requires some precise tools), I wonder who (if anyone) will start selling 'premodded' Durons?

With the GFD's, AMD decided to go after any vendor that sold 'pre overclocked' Athlons. Will they go after vendors again if they 'pre mod' durons? Hmmm.. Russ, you listening? This might be a good chance to set up another partnership with someone that will do the modding 🙂
 
Hepdude, that might be just one of those early unlocked durons. From AMD's statement it looks pretty clear that they intend to put a 'real' lock on it that can't be broken with a simple bios change. We can hope though....
