Prank.exe -- Start-Up Script?

A friend of mine gave me her computer to fix. I'm going to have it for a week or so (she's going home for the holidays), and I figured during this time I could do all necessary work... then maybe cause some trouble.

What I'd love to be able to do is, every time windows starts up, an error box pops up saying something, and maybe giving her the option of yes/no buttons, etc.

Is there a simple way to do this? It's really innocent, and I'll only leave it there until I see her next =]

Get the free version of Visual Studio or create a .vbs script that just pops up messages.

I do remember using a program once that you could easily generate custom errors and set them on a schedule. I don't remember the name of the program or where I got it from, but it does exist...
