Practical RAID question (backup related)

Hi,

I was wondering, if i have 2 seagate barracuda's 7200.11 of 500 gb each in raid o.
And 1 have an additional seagate barracadua 7200.11 of 1000 gb on which a put a complete system backup of the two 500 gb disks, is it possible to restore these (for example with ghost or vista ultimate complete pc resore) if something goes wrong?

Or is it better to add an additional 2 barracuda's 7200.11 and have a raid 10?

Thanks
Bram

I don't know about the Vista complete restore, but I do know that Norton Ghost will do it for you; when booting from CD for system restore, there is an option for the raid driver.
