the 8 FVKING CHANNEL ANALOG INPUT on the HK made me feel funny.

HOLEY FVK is that a lot of channels.....it's 1...2.....3....holey! It's a LOT more than mine...:(

HOLEY FVK is that a lot of channels.....it's 1...2.....3....holey! It's a LOT more than mine...:(

7.1 analog in FTW :)

The power the HK can put out is very nice though. Also it handles non-digital sources better than the Panasonic will.

But ya, the digital path will be the way of the future once they get the tech in that market up to the quality that is in the analog market

for now, my simply onkyo and my simple Mirages get me buy:)

Your HK is gorgeous btw, and I hope to get one one day..or possibly some adcoms and a preamp...or whatever...

Popular opinion has it: spend AT LEAST 60% of your HT budget on speakers. The remaining on A/V Receiver and a Universal Disc Player.
