PQI memory, is it a best buy?

I've bought maybe a couple dozen of these units for work....price varies from $60-80...usually around the $70 mark...so this is NOT a "hot deal"....but I will say this.

1: Absolute smallest flash drive available when not using the outer casing. But without outer casing, it would seem likely you would dammage the device easily.

2: Comes with a wallet card holder...holds two memory sticks without the outer casing(only 1 stick included of course). Size of credit card, about twice as thick. This lets you carry 1 or 2 sticks in your wallet or backback without worries of dammaging them.

3: Major geek factor.... it's funny people showing off this device.... for once the guys at my work are boasting how small theirs is.... 😱

4: Read/write is about 8/8 mb/s....pretty standard speed....

Cheers!

I've had one for close to a tear now, and it is used pretty regularly.
I absolutely love mine and have no qualms reccommending it.
PLUS: As Souka said Major geek factor in having a Gb in a space of a small postage stamp.

Yep, I like them.

I went through a PNY, Sandisk, Memorex - all in about 3 months time. *ALL* of them died on me for some reason (ok, the Memorex went through the wash..but the others were taken care of 🙂 ).

This PQI 512mb I have has lasted at least 6 months - works great on both Mac and PC...so, I'm standing behind them......with the obvious caveat that this is only *one* person's story..... 🙂
