PPTP Connection with 2 Routers

Hello,
Please am looking for information on how to link up 2 routers together on same network.

Hardware :
Router 1 - [Main Router] Linksys WRP400 which connects to my cable modem and gives access to the internet for all devices on my network

Router 2 - WRT54GL [DD-WRT] v24_sp2 vpn version

I have a VPN account that I want to use as PPTP clinet connection on router 2 to share the vpn connection accros my network, by hooking router 2 with my main router. am not sure what is the best configuration for the router 2

Please any suggestions are welcome, I have tried for 2 days now and nothing seems to be working for me.

Cheers
