Engine and tranny yes, but clutch; not usually.

Same as with brake pads

That depends. My GM Dealer says yes. My Honda Dealer says yes. Don't know about others.

Just remember, if a wear and tear item like a timing belt goes the engine will NOT be covered by the warrenty.

Hmm, this would be on a toyota. Replacing clutches sucks. Labor on it is nasty even though the clutch ain't bad!

Well I haven't even bought the car yet! I dunno. I guess I'd have to talk to dealer but at 11:00 at night he would be mad if I called 🙂

I'd see it covering the clutch if there was a defect. Not just wearing it out. that includes grinding it every so often. 😛

clutch usually lasts what... 200,000 kilometres? just a guess.
