It's only $10 more the Drive Image 7 and it has more features, so should I get it instead of drive image 7.

The incremental backup feature is what I'm looking for.

Dunno, if I can recommend DI anymore. Drive Image 7 and that V2i conflict with each other if you have removeable media. Basically, DI7 remembers the exact disk configuration of when you first installed it. If you take out the CD, Tape, Flooppy, USB, Firewire or any other media related item, it will not work until you put it back as it was when it was first installed. If you add things after you install DI7 then you must remove them to image, then V2i will nag you to death to about adding them back. If you must have this program wait until they patch it first.

That's good to know, image tools can be a pain. It's just a easy way to restore an entire partition after a problem. Not sure why you can't remove or add hardware, that sucks since people usually add and remove crap all the time.
