How would I use a dual screen, Id need a special adapter for the pc? Anything else I would need cables or use a pc with 2 vga outputs and connect two monitors would that work? and have it play on one monitor? but what about the other monitor which will the presentation show on?

thanks so much fleshlight its for a court presentation.

If you use a laptop its easy

Just hook the projector to the laptop, and set it as a secondary monitor. Voila. You have 2 screens. You can keep botes on your laptop screen while dragging over PowerPoint to the projector screen.

Its the same with a desktop, though you will need a splitter.

right click on desktop properties > settings screens

And once you have the two screens set up on the PC, remember to enable "Presenter View" in Powerpoint itself.
