Powerpoint and Acess 2000 Help needed !!!!!

Please, please,does anyone know how to make an animation only play once in a powerpoint slide show. The animation keeps playing over and over. Obviously I am new at this which leads into my other question....Anyone know a site that offers instruction on Powerpoint and Access 2000. Something for free please. Or better yet where I can find instructional cd's or video's. Could someone burn some for me. Any help at all is appreciated.!!

1. Select the video or sound icon you want to set options for.
2. On the Slide Show menu, click Custom Animation, and then click the Multimedia Settings tab.
3. Select the options you want, or click More Options.

Tip You can also animate a sound icon or video ? for example, you can have the sound icon "fly in" from the left side of the slide and then begin to play during an animation sequence.
