powerpoint 2007 question

I'm trying to figure out how to display multiple powerpoint slides on one page so that I can see what they look like before printing. I know how to do it in PowerPoint 2003, but I can't seem to find the option in PowerPoint 2007. I only see options to print multiple slides on one page when I sleect the print option, but not to view them beforehand. Anyone here have any idea how to do this in 2007?

OK - open the Powerpoint file you want, then under View, click on Slide Sort. That displays all the slides in the file.

I don't want to display all the slides in the file. Let's say I have a powerpoint file with 16 slides and I want to view 4 slides on each page. How do I do that?

That's a toughie. The closest thing to allow that is the Handout function where you are going to print a handout witrh 4 slides per page.

Go to Help and look for handouts and printing of same.
