Late 2005 PowerMac G5, dual-core 2.0GHz processors. 2GB RAM, 250GB hard drive, Bluetooth, 802.11b/g wireless. Running OS X Leopard 10.5.8. Includes all manuals, original Tiger DVDs,

includes an Apple "white" wireless keyboard and a Microsoft USB optical mouse.

Any feedback ....how good and reliable this system is ??
How much is it worth ??
Any possible upgrades for it available ?

Thanks for your help.

They're not bad. They run really hot though. Should be ok as a general use system.

would get noisy. friend of mine offered me one for like $300 but shipping was a nightmare due to weight. for typical use the power wattage/noise/old tech will get spanked by even some of the slower current intel models.

personally i'd rather put $300 toward a refurbished Mac Mini for $429.

performance-wise I think it would equal or beat the G5.

installing extra cooling fan will resolve this problem ?

Not really. That's just how they operate. The G5s CPUs were notorious for that. The higher end dual CPU models were actually water cooled. The only mainstream (ie non gamer) desktop system to my knowledge that does.
