Not really a song but this one usually elicites an emotional response: Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto #2. My wife actually cried, she was so moved by this piece, when I took her to the Hollywood bowl to hear Andre Watts perform it. I think it was the first time she heard it and the setting combined with the music was very moving.

Nothing can beat Taps at a funeral, nor amazing grace on bagpipe. I used to listen to that before attending several funerals where they got played. Now hearing those songs choke me up fast.
