POWERCOLOR Radeon HD 3650 512MB 128bit

I was searched around, saw radeon hd 3650 powercolor brand at pc club price after rebate is $74.99. I heard that this card suppose to replace ati hd 2600 pro. Is it a good deal? how about the powercolor brand is it any good. I need the input.

I have a Powercolor Radeon 9700 sitting in my HTPC right now. It's doing things that the crappy 6200 card I bought recently won't do. I think it's bulletproof. If it is any indication of Powercolor's quality, I'd go for it.

I hear powercolor is pretty nice.

The HD 3650 (w/ GDDR3) is supposed to replace the HD 2600 line, not sure about being a PRO or XT. The numbering system says it's the new HD 2600PRO so there may be an HD 3670. But I dunno.
