PowerColor Radeon 9700 Pro 128MB for $25

http://www.a2zcomp.com/buy.asp?REF=1&SKU=100550 This is probably an error on the part of A2ZComp.com but maybe they will honor it for awhile, not sure. I clicked buy and it came up as "POWER COLOR (Sapphire) RADEON 9700 PRO 128MB DDR AGP 8X DIRECTX 9.0 (PWRD BY ATI)" and it rang up as $25.00, not sure what shipping is. I didn't actually buy it because I'm a poor college student and don't even have $25 to spare but maybe someone can try it and see what happens. Good luck

It's a price mistake obviously, not very good reseller ratings either. Someone better have some big balls to try this one.

worth the try, it's only $31 shipped to Arizona! I am sure it is a mistake and I have never heard of that company but as I said for $31 is worth the try.

Just a note, I found this on PriceWatch.com and they already took it off so A2ZComp.com probably wont be far behind.

Nevermind lol, I put it on the third page and thought it was the first, it's still up on PriceWatch.com

I saw. I bit. I hope.

Me too. I wouldn't want to bother having my $25 tied up with them till I got a refund. Besides, they might end up charging more on your cc for the regular price.

We probably won't get it, but it never hurts to try.

I ordered 2 with next day air saturday shipping. Hopefully, it slips through.

My card already shows the pre-authorization for the amount.

😀

I read through most of the reseller ratings and it seems they do have problems but the majority are upset about a mislabeled part or something. The part number for this matches and most business that sell parts regularily (like this one) will probably take the order find the part ship the box and not fine tooth comb the purchase price. So here's the dilemma, the trick is to hope they box and ship before they find out... assuming they do then we're scott free. The problem is, what if this is for a VGA cable or an adapter or something? Then this would be false advertising and worthy of a credit card dispute if you don't get what was "advertised". Worst case scenerio, let's say I purchase 2 and I receive them and I don't get what I paid for, dispute and send the parts back and pay 6 dollar ground shipping with confirmation..... it sounds like a legitamite plan right? Someone correct me quick if I'm wrong please.

A Gullibull... hahaha. Let's hope we don't get these under our Februrary Christmas trees. O well, lets hope they have a mad rush Friday and do books on Monday and don't notice. 🙂

Well this is the e-mail I got... it looks clean and well print... let's hope shipping gets the same sheet. 😀. I know I'm a fool for doing 4 but with taxes I can wait 30 days for a CC dispute... note no mention of the cable stuff and the exact same part number listed... not that I'm getting my hopes up or anything.

unfortunately, after reading this carefully, it seems as though this is for the 3ft. cable for an external scsi device. so i think it is wrong on the description and picture!...let's see what happens with those who ordered though.
