True, but every one of the 16 year old kids who want to play Grand Theft Auto and CounterStrike:Source can. Every one of those guys that work 40-60 hours a week and have kids also don't need to be spending a bunch of money on high end graphic cards. Everyone just wants to play their games.

For these people is where this graphics card shines.
 
I dunno, but I played HL2: Episode 2 on it last night - 1680x1050, max'd out, no FSAA. Some slowdown in heavy fog, but it cleared right up after.

It's no 4870, but it's not a bad card.
 
7900gs has more memory bandwidth but i think the 4650 has a more capable processor.

it definately isn't going to be any significant upgrade.
