ı have a HD 6950 white square and black screen, restart when play dx11 appy. Game and HD quality movie how fix please help

Some general advice
1.Uninstall and reinstall drivers
2.Keep the card at stock for the moment
3.Check the temps
4.Try re-seating the card
5.If all else fails rma it provided it is within warranty.

I had the same snowy effect appear with my 5750 one a couple of occasions. It disappeared after awhile and never showed up again. I had a very aggressive passive cooling solution, and I think that was the cause.
