Powerclear 9800 vs Sapphire 9600xt

Powerclear 9800 for $178, or a Sapphire 9600XT for $152. I'm asking for someone else, I'm not too familiar with these myself. Thanks

If the 9800 is a true 9800pro with 256bit memory and 8 pipes, it will kill the 4 pipe 9600XT. If it's a 9800 with the 128bit memory, then it will still be a lot faster than the 9600XT. If it's a 4 pipe 9800SE, then it's probably only slightly faster than the 9600XT depending on the memory it has.

At a price $178 for a brand new 9800 (I assume), I doubt the card is a standard, uncrippled 9800. Please check whether the memory bus width is 128 or 256-bit before you click the "buy" button.
