Powerbook / ibook g4 or mac mini ??

Alright,
iI'm heading out to NY for my internship and i need to upgrade my computing resources.

Right now i've got an ibook g4 800mhz and it's not really fast enough to be my daiy-to-day machine. I cdon't have a way to bring my poweredge - it's huge. I could bring my desktop LCD though, it doesnt take up mich space.

So i either wanna get a newish G4 powerbook or ibook or get a mac mini. Either of those would be tiny enough to carry, but fast enough to work on.

What do you think?

A Mac Mini is a G4 with a slow hard drive and a 1.4GHz processor. Its only advantage is price.
If I would have the money, a laptop would be a better choice. If not, anything goes

Only 3 months? Why spend the money on a PowerBook unless you want it long term?

BTW, I'm selling my Mini. PM me if you want to save a couple bucks
