wow.. just 44% because of the current high interest rates.

i would normally take lump sum but in this case, i would take the 30yr annuity.
guaranteed high interest return for the next 30yrs at no risk.

Last night I was in line at CVS and spotted someone buying a snuggie. That was the one and only thing she was buying and I was amazed because I didn't think anyone would actually waste their 20 bucks on that crap. It did come in a box though so I'm guessing she needed a last minute gift that...

There’s a lot to like…but, fck, dammit…housekeeping alone would cost more than my current income. The house is definitely out of place compared to the other houses in the neighborhood. Really stands out…and not in a good way .

im 24 and got my first pet ever, a adopted 1.5year old cat, who i called fig. ive only had it for about 2 months and ive truly bonded with my cat. i've never had another pet, and this weekend my roomate said she'd watch it for me when i was gone for 2 days. now im back and she says she doesnt...
