"Power Web Search, Internet Search Engine" - hijacked my home page

I don't understand this thing. I ran Ad-aware 5x over and Anti-Virus. Yet every time I reboot windows , it hijacks my home page in IE.

I know what you're going to say, "Internet explorer is your problem". lol, I know. Could it be a installed application causing this?

Gotta love the net, I bet some dam site you have been to downloaded something to your sys. Go through your list of programs and delete the problem. I do this about every three months. Some times i'll find something and have to delete it, some times I dont... Hope this helps.

Try Spybot Search & Destroy and get the updates for it too.

Wowza. I thought Ad-Aware did the same as spybot. But Spybot uncovered a lot of sneaky ones. Thanks.
