I have a Duron 750 on an Asus A7V-E running 979 MHZ 103 x 9.5. My ram is 1 stick generic 256 mhz and 1 more Crucial stick running happily @ 137 Mhz. The Duron will do 105 x 9.5 with the Crucial ram alone so proof that good ram will O/C better. I have 3 case fans, the OEM Duron chip fan on my video card, a Volcano 6 all runnig on a generic 300 watt power suppy. My temps on the chip are 29 c at idle and 43 under full load. Mb monitor reports my 12 volt voltage at 11.6 to 11.95 volts, the 5 @ 4.70 , the 3.3 @ 3.1 and the vcore at 1.815.

When I use my computer The pitch of the fans changes according to how much cpu is being used. Is this normal or is my PSU mabe not up to the demand ? My computer is VERY stable but did crash a couple of times a while ago.

All of your voltages are out of spec. I'd be curious to see the Core1 voltage, too. All 300 watt psu's are _not_ created equally. Newwegg has Sparkle 300 watt psu's for $34....

Your 12v, 5v and 3.3v lines look terrible. Get either a 400-500w power supply or a higher quality 300w PS. Your stability will be greatly improved. Since you have such a low 3.3v line, your memory should be able to overclock even higher with the new PS.
