Hello, this could be a lame question, here goes. I'm going to upgrade my power supply, and I just want to be sure that a Intel Pen - 4/AMD/Intel System with the new ATX12V New Standard (24Pin Connector) will work with my old ATX Celeron, PII, PIII motherboard?
 
sure, see if you can grab a 400 watts PSU, preferably a good-quality one, so you can later use it for a powerful Athlon system with plenty of drives
