Power Supply

I am looking for a good power supply in the 400 to 500 watt range. I want something that is REALLY quiet. I use amd processors and right now I only have an old Athlon xp 3200. I plan on upgrading to a more current setup in the future. I'm kind of a newb at building my own PC's so I'm not quite as versed in the different PSU's. I think I want one with 12v ATX. Again I can't stress enough I need a quiet PSU that is a quality PSU.

Any help would be appreciated.
