building a pc for my boss and need to know if the Antec True Power 380W will be enough to power the following

P4 3.2G S775
Asus P5GD1 S775 915P PCI-E DDR Motherboard
1GIG of RAM
CD-RW
DVD-+R/W
Floppy
ATI Sapphire Radeon X600 PRO PCI-E 128MB
2 x 120GB SATA drives


would the 380W be enough?

Probably yes , but I myself would go with the 430 Antec.

Should be plenty fine. See PC in my sig, powered using a 350w enermax..
