Power Supply

What's a quality PowerSupply that comes standard with support for more than three serial ATA devices, as well as PCI-e? Thanks.

You don't need anything special. Either a 420 watt Antec True power or Enermax would work great. You would likely only need a 300-350 watt, but you would like the head room for other parts and upgrades later on. Especially a Graphics card.

Sound PCI-express cards and Serial ATA devices don't need special connectors?

Maxtor and Western Digital SATA hard drives use the standard 4 pin Molex connectors. Segate, or some models I believe, use a larger 15 pin connector.

If it doesnt use a 4 pin Molex connector, odds are it will come with a Serial ATA power adapter. Same goes with the PCI-Express cards.
