Power Supply Voltage thresholds

I just built a new system and Im not real pleased with the 12vlt rail reading of 11.71vlts. The 3.3 & 5 vlt rails are dead nuts. So..whats the communities opinion? Should I RMA this puppy and replace it or keep it? I havent really rung this baby out gaming yet to see if there are any obvious adverse effects.

Microfly SFF Matx case
Biostart T6100 matx
AMD64 X2 3800
7600GT PCIe
2 gb Corsair PC3200 extreme
250 gb SATA Maxtor Maxline
Lite-on DVD R/RW

The Power supply of concern is:

I don't suppose you could return it? 11.71V is within spec, but Rosewill isn't known for selling reliable PSUs.

First of all the motherboard voltage detection software is utter rubbish. Don't even bother reading it.

Secondly Rosewill are not a top flight PSU brand by any means.

Where are you reading that? On a Volt meter?
I hope you are not talking about the voltage reported by a software utility. They are not accurate at all.

Lightning round.....

11.71 is still within spec.

You should confirm software readings with a multimeter.

If a Rosewill was "adequate enough" for you, why didn't you just spend an extra $20 and get the case with the power supply installed?

FSP's are awesome, but not necessarily the lower end SAGA units. Stick with FX and FSP part numbers.

Well..the picture on the 12 volt rails doesnt seem to be as bad as I first thought. I finally got a chance to put a Digital Multimeter on it and its reading out at 11.98 volts. Guess I will just hang in there with this PS since its money already spent and I havent had any stability problems at all ...even in gaming.
