Power Supply test

I'm looking for a software-based power supply tester. If anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to share.

I realize a hardware-based test is most likely more accurate, but if a software test can turn up any results, it will help me a lot (I'm trying to debug a random reboot problem, and memtest86 has passed so far).

Thanks.

The voltages might be visible in BIOS. If so, maybe Mainboard Monitor (MBM) can show something. However, just some of the voltages are from the power supply, others are from the mainboard's circuitry
