Power supply requirements

I'm looking to build a 1U server. I found a nice chassis, however it comes with a 200W power supply.

I'm looking to build the server with the following hardware:

Intel Pentium 4 520, 2.8 GHz, 1MB L2, 800 MHz FSB
MSI 915G COMBO-FR LGA 775
OCZ PC-4200 DDR2 Value Series 1GB (2X512MB) Dual Channel Kit
Maxtor 200GB SATA HDD

Does anyone know if this is sufficient power? I will be using onboard video, so I won't be worrying about power for the video...

I'm no power consumption expert, but 200W on an LGA775 system *can't* be enough. I mean, you could probably get it to boot up and run for a while, but if you tried to do anything that stressed your system, bad things would almost certainly happen.
